Introduction: Hypoparathyroidism (HypoPT) is a rare endocrine disease and Post-surgical HypoPT (PS-HypoPT) is the most common cause, caused by accidental parathyroid injury. From a neuropsychological standpoint, patients with PS-HypoPT present cognitive and neuropsychological symptoms.
